Office & Commercial Building Network Solutions
From structured cabling to zero-trust security — network infrastructure for offices and commercial buildings, engineered for how teams actually work today.
Why office networks deserve engineering, not improvisation
An office network built by accretion — a switch added here, an access point there — works until the day it matters: the all-hands video call that stutters, the door-access system that shares a segment with guest Wi-Fi, the cabling nobody documented before the office fit-out was sealed behind drywall. Cabling installed today will outlive three generations of the equipment attached to it; mistakes get expensive for decades.
Hybrid work moved the load. Fewer fixed desks, far more video conferencing, meeting rooms that need flawless wireless, and a security perimeter that no longer ends at the office door. We design office networks for this reality: measured Wi-Fi coverage, switching with power and capacity headroom, and security built on segmentation and access control rather than a single firewall at the edge.
What we deliver
- Structured cabling done right: documented, certified, standards-compliant cabling planned for the building's lifetime, not just the current fit-out.
- Wi-Fi 6/6E for hybrid work: coverage engineered around meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and hot-desking density.
- Enterprise switching: managed Gigabit/10G infrastructure with PoE budgets sized for access points, cameras, door control, and IP telephony.
- Next-generation firewalls & UTM: Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks deployment, configured by certified engineers.
- Network access control & zero trust: only known devices reach sensitive segments; visitors and BYOD stay contained.
- VoIP and video QoS: traffic prioritization so calls stay clear when the network is busy.
FAQ
When should we involve you — new build, fit-out, or after moving in?
The earlier the cheaper. At fit-out stage, cabling routes and equipment-room decisions cost almost nothing to get right and a fortune to correct after walls close. That said, most of our office projects are live-environment upgrades — those just need more careful phasing.
Which vendors do you deploy?
We are certified partners of Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and HP/Aruba, and we pick per project based on requirements and budget — not on a single-vendor quota. You get an honest comparison before anything is ordered.
What happens after the deployment?
Full documentation handover, monitoring, and an agreed support arrangement — from ad-hoc assistance to proactive managed service with capacity reviews. Networks degrade by neglect; ours come with a plan to prevent that.
